Wayne Metro as the lead agency for the Out-Wayne CoC is pleased to announce that the submission for the FY 2021 HUD CoC NOFO has been completed. We would  like to thank all of the staff throughout CoC agencies that contributed to the work to get our submission completed!

The Out Wayne CoC is planning to submit the consolidated application FY2021 HUD CoC NOFO on Tuesday, November 16, 2021.

FY2021 HUD CoC NOFO Ranking

The Out-Wayne County CoC has completed the process of ranking renewal and bonus projects for submission through the FY 2021 HUD CoC NOFA. Please find attached these three files:
Altogether the Out-Wayne CoC plans to submit for 23 projects and a planning grant totaling almost $7 million in funding for housing, services, and support of the CoC system.


The Out-Wayne County CoC, with support from Red Maple Resources, is releasing the RFP, including renewal and new project applications, for the local funding competition portion of the FY 2021 HUD CoC NOFO. 


The RFP contains; funding availability and eligibility of project types, policies, and, scoring and criteria for evaluation of renewal and new project applications. 


Stakeholders are strongly encouraged to carefully read the RFP, the HUD NOFO for the FY 2021 CoC Program Competition, and CoC program regulations at 24 CFR 578 for the strongest understanding of both the Out-Wayne CoC’s and HUD’s CoC Program priorities, scoring, and requirements.
