Changes to RFP and Renewal and New Project Applications for the FY 2018 HUD CoC NOFA Process
This message contains information about the following changes:
- Deadlines for submission of renewal (now 3:00 p.m., August 3rd) and new project applications (now 3:00 p.m., August 17th).
- Revisions to the renewal project application
- Revisions to the RFP
All changes affecting the submission of the renewal or new project applications were communicated by email last week to affected agencies.
Please review the document, “Out-Wayne RFP FY 2018 HUD CoC NOFA Amendment #1,” for all of the detail concerning updates and revisions to the RFP. You can find these documents on the CoC Website.
- An amendment to the Renewal Applications provided to agencies with existing grants last week so that all applicants had a corrected form to fill out for the data on clients with zero income that replaces the former request for data on the administration of the VI-SPDAT.
- An updated checklist provided last week to agencies completing Renewal Applications. The checklist is modified to replace the request for VI-SPDAT data with data for clients with zero income.
