December 7th Membership Meeting Agenda/Materials and MSHDA HCV Application Training

The next membership meeting for the Out-Wayne County Homeless Services Coalition will take place on Thursday, December 7th from 9:30 to 11:00am at the Jefferson Barns Community Vitality Center, 32150 Dorsey Street, Westland, MI 48186. Here is the link to the agenda and meeting materials:

There will be a special presentation immediately following the meeting from 11:00am to 12:00pm. A MSHDA housing agent will be attending to provide a training on updated procedures that were put in place at the beginning of the year regarding the processing of MSHDA HCV applications. The training will address the issues that CoC agencies have experienced with getting rent reasonableness approved on recent MSHDA HCV applications.
